GHz Networks Inc. is an SBA 8(a) and HUBZone-certified small business headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia. Founded in 2010, we’ve modernized infrastructure, migrated enterprise environments to the cloud, and run managed IT operations for organizations across hospitality, financial services, construction, healthcare, non-profit, and large government contracting. That work was delivered to the same exacting technical and security standards federal agencies demand. That is the foundation we now bring to the federal mission.

Through GHz Venesco JV LLC, our SBA-approved joint venture with Venesco LLC, we pair the procurement advantages and agility of a small business with the delivery depth and federal track record of an established prime. Our mentor Venesco LLC brings two decades of federal past performance across agencies including NASA, the U.S. Navy, the FAA, the Army’s TATRC, and the DEA, experience evaluable and available to the joint venture under SBA Mentor-Protégé rules. Together, we give agencies a single accountable partner for cloud and application modernization, cybersecurity and FISMA/CMMC compliance, IT operations, AI and data, records and information management, and program management.
